Refund and Cancellation

Thank you for shopping with WEFIK. We take pride in offering custom-designed, made-to-order print products including apparel, accessories, and more. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

As all WEFIK products are made to order, we only accept returns if the item is:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Incorrect (size, color, or design)

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

  • We cannot offer a replacement for a defective or damaged item
  • The product ordered is unavailable or out of stock

Refund Process:

  1. Email us at info@wefik.in within 3 days of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID and issue details with images
  3. Our team will assess and confirm eligibility
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

To cancel, email us immediately with your Order ID.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there's a valid issue, we may offer a replacement or refund after review.
